2. B2B use
The website and catalogue routes are intended primarily for commercial buyers including boutiques, resellers, retailers, online sellers, distributors, importers and other legitimate jewellery-sourcing businesses.
3. Catalogue information
Product images, descriptions, categories, finishes and configurations support sourcing discussions. Reasonable colour/finish variation can occur because of photography, screens, handmade or batch variation. Only the SKU/configuration confirmed for an order forms part of the agreed supply.
4. Availability and requested quantities
Catalogue availability is generally shown as Confirm on request. A requested quantity is an enquiry quantity, not a guarantee of stock. SBN verifies actual availability before accepting payment/order confirmation. We may keep a design visible even when immediate stock is uncertain.
5. Product configurations and accessories
The team-entered base landed cost relates to the jewellery item itself. Where a product is offered with an optional chain, dori or other component, the selected component is priced by SBN through the applicable configuration. Buyers should rely on the final customer-facing configuration price, not infer internal component costs. Separately orderable accessories may be sold in stated wholesale packs; quantity 1 means one stated pack.
6. Reseller route
SBN India sets the reseller buy price. The reseller independently chooses their own resale price and margin. SBN does not prescribe a retail price or guarantee reseller earnings. Where a reseller catalogue price states that shipping is included, that statement applies subject to the stated route/parcel assumptions and final order confirmation.
7. Quotations, sourcing lists and orders
A website form, catalogue selection, WhatsApp sourcing list or email sourcing list is an enquiry. A sale becomes binding only after SBN confirms the relevant SKU/configuration, available quantity, final price, payment and shipping/delivery terms.
8. Payment
Payment methods are confirmed for the particular order. Do not submit card, bank-login or other sensitive payment credentials through general enquiry forms.
9. Shipping and delivery
Shipping treatment varies by route. India reseller pricing may include shipping where expressly stated. India wholesale and Global freight may be confirmed separately unless expressly included. Delivery estimates are not guarantees where carrier, customs, destination or other events are outside SBN's reasonable control. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
10. Returns, exchanges, shortages and damage claims
Wholesale orders are generally final and are not offered with a general change-of-mind return right. SBN will review genuine claims involving verified transit damage, incorrect SKU/configuration supplied, or a material mismatch from the confirmed description/specification. Buyers should inspect promptly, retain packaging and preserve parcel-opening evidence. See the Return, Exchange & Claim Policy.
11. Evidence and remedies
An uninterrupted parcel-opening video is strongly requested as primary evidence for visible damage, shortage or incorrect supply, together with packaging/shipping-label and product photographs. It is not stated as the sole possible evidence where an issue could not reasonably be visible during opening. After review, SBN may confirm an appropriate replacement, exchange, credit note or refund where applicable. No specific remedy is promised before verification.
12. Catalogue distribution and intellectual property
Catalogue material is provided for legitimate sourcing evaluation. It must not be bulk-scraped, misrepresented as another business's own material, or redistributed beyond the intended business purpose without permission.
13. Applicable law
These terms are intended to operate under the laws of India subject to mandatory rights or requirements that cannot lawfully be excluded. Accepted order-specific terms may add to these general website terms and take priority for that transaction where applicable.
