India wholesale catalogue prices are merchandise prices unless shipping is expressly stated as included in the applicable quote/order.
3. India reseller
Reseller catalogue prices may be shown as SBN reseller buy prices with shipping included where stated. The inclusion assumes the applicable parcel/shipping allowance and can be re-confirmed if the order configuration, destination, weight, size or service requirement materially changes.
4. Global wholesale
Global catalogue prices are merchandise prices unless an accepted quotation expressly includes freight. Freight, duties, taxes, customs charges, payment/transfer charges and destination requirements are confirmed according to the shipment and agreed trade terms.
5. Delivery estimates
Any dispatch or delivery estimate is provided in good faith and is not a guarantee where delays arise from carriers, customs, weather, destination restrictions or events outside SBN's reasonable control.
6. Address and contact details
The buyer must provide accurate delivery information and a reachable contact number. Costs caused by incorrect buyer-provided address details may be chargeable where applicable.
7. Parcel inspection
Inspect parcels promptly. If outer packaging appears damaged, photograph it before opening and retain the packaging. Record parcel opening where possible. See the Return, Exchange & Claim Policy.
