How do I get the complete catalogue?
Use the catalogue-request form on the SBN India website. Tell us what you sell, the collections you are interested in and whether you prefer WhatsApp, email or a call first. Our team then sends the latest relevant catalogue separately. The public website intentionally shows only a selected preview.
Why is the full catalogue not published directly on the website?
SBN India keeps the public site as a concise product preview so buyers can receive the most current and relevant catalogue instead of relying on an older public PDF. The request also gives our team enough context to send the right collections and continue the sourcing conversation.
MOQ, pricing and availability
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is available on request and may depend on the product, sourcing route, configuration, quantity mix and current supplier capability. A public product image or catalogue reference should not be treated as a fixed MOQ commitment.
Where can I see wholesale prices?
Wholesale pricing is confirmed against the buyer requirement rather than published as a universal public price. Send the relevant SBN SKUs, collection direction, approximate quantity and market context through the catalogue-request or sourcing form so the team can respond with applicable commercial information.
Why does SBN India not publish one fixed price for every product?
B2B pricing can change with product configuration, quantity, sourcing availability and order requirements. SBN India therefore avoids displaying guessed or stale wholesale prices. A written quotation or order document is the source of truth for an actual transaction.
Is the stock shown on the website live?
No public product reference should be treated as a guarantee of live stock. Current availability is confirmed when the buyer identifies the required designs and quantity.
Can I mix designs in one wholesale requirement?
Mixed-design requirements can be discussed. Whether a particular mix is commercially workable depends on the products, quantities and sourcing conditions, so the final assortment and MOQ must be confirmed for the order.

Are all products made from the same material?
No. Materials and finishes vary by product and collection. SBN India avoids applying one generic material claim across the full catalogue. Product descriptions should be read against the verified reference, and any detail that is not confirmed remains subject to buyer confirmation.
What does “anti-tarnish” mean on SBN India?
Anti-tarnish language is used only where the relevant option has been verified. Selected contemporary pendant references may support SBN anti-tarnish stainless-steel chain options, subject to design suitability and current availability. It should not be read as a blanket statement that every component of every product is anti-tarnish.
What chain lengths are available for pendants or pendant sets?
For selected pendant and pendant-set requirements, anti-tarnish chain options may generally be discussed in approximately 18–24 inch lengths, subject to design suitability, current availability and buyer confirmation. Other high-quality alloy chain options may also be available for suitable designs.
What mangalsutra chain lengths can be requested?

Can necklaces be supplied with dori or chain?

Can I request custom finish, plating or colour?
You can request a finish, plating, colour or configuration review. The team will confirm whether the requested change is appropriate for the product and source. A requested variation does not become part of the order until it is confirmed in writing.
Can SBN India help with packaging or presentation?
Packaging and presentation requirements can be discussed for applicable wholesale or private-label programmes. Availability, specification, branding method, quantity and cost must be confirmed for the particular order.
Can I send my own product reference or inspiration image?

Which countries can SBN India ship to?

Which courier companies are used?

Who pays customs duties and destination taxes?

How long does international delivery take?

Does requesting the catalogue automatically subscribe me to marketing?
